Excellent book for parents of special needs children

After reading several books on special needs children, I have to say that this one is an important, helpful and insightful compilation of the many aspects of planning for special children. Included within is information about guardianship, trusts and taxation information and an excellent appendix with the shell of letters of instruction which should be utilized by every parent of a special needs child. I highly recommend this book; it is written in a user-friendly way, without the legalease of other books of this subject. It is a necessary resource for parents of children of all ages when planning for their future.

helpful and hopeful

This book was a big help as we looked for an attorney and then created our trust. It cut through a lot of the jargon, and gave us an education!
