Effective Speaking in Public and Private

This book was very helpful to me in my business and personal life. I am a business person, yet suffered from extreme stagefright. Using the tools provided in this book, I can now stand in front of a group and put my thoughts across clearly and concisely. Also, I found it very difficult for me to express myself to friends and family, particularly when I was upset. I could never think of the right words to say. I used the guidelines from "Speak for Success" when communicating with my husband, friends, family and found that I was finally able to express exactly what was on my mind. An excellent book!
