Spawn is the most intense character I’ve seen

I’m glad they make books after movies too, I’ve already gotten six so far. Seeing the small differences they change to certain scenes is amazing.

A Interesting Take on The Story

Macgregor did a great job adapting the screenplay into a novel. His version of the movie reveals scenes that were cut from the film and gave a insight into the minds of the various characters. Macgregor is able to show the conflicting sides of Spawn's character and how he struggles to adapt to his new body. This novel is a great fantastic read for comic film fans and fans of Spawn. PARTY ON, DUDES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spawn is a man who wored in the CIA and become an assasin who got murdered by his boss and went to hell. He comes back from hell and finds out that it is 5 years later and his girl friend gets married to his boss`s assistant.Spawn finds out he has powers like no other.An evil clown explans how his hate for the man that had him killed is what brought him back from hell to get revenge.Spawn finds out that the clown did not tell him everything, his boss has an implant in his heart, if his heart stops beatingit will release a deadly diease throughout the world.I liked the book becouse I love books that have action, character with powers, and a good ending. My favorite chacter was Spawn, he had powers that were cool.I recommend this book to hardcore action people.This has lots of violence so only kids 12 and older should read it.

Lacking details but otherwise a great book.

This book was very good. Only thing I didn't like was that it was lacking in details and it was completely different from the movie.

PRetty cool but different from the movie

THis book was pretty cool until Spawn fought Violator in "HEll's basement." HEll had flickered into Wanda's living room and basement???? I dont' think so!!! And then they had that really long, really boring, really complicated part in which Terry, Wanda, Spawn, Spaz, Zack, Cagliostro, Wynn, and that one reporter all head down to the docks to try and stop the HEAT-16 from being distributed to the MId-East. ANd Cagliostro used the "ancient spearhead" to hypnotize wynn. THat sounded like somthing out of Sabrina the Teenage witch! See the movie, its much better.

Just Like the Movie

This book was written from the movie "Spawn." If you have not seen the movie yet than buy the book because it is exactly the same thing only cheaper than a ticket! It is loaded with action and Mr. MacGregor makes the images almost come alive in your head. A good read!
