This book starts out with a couple pages about noodles, then seques into homemade pasta and after reading that bit, you're going to want to go out and get yourself a pasta machine. They're not expensive and making your own is kind of rewarding. I know I feel rewarded when I do, well, satisfied at least. And, of course, you are going to want to pay special attention to the golden rules for cooking pasta on pages eighteen and nineteen. If you get these steps down, you'll be churning out perfect al dente every time. Naturally you'll read and learn all about sauces and various ways to serve spaghetti, from simple to extravagant in this book. Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil and chilies, very tasty, or Bucatini with mozzarella, just sublime. If it's spaghetti, it's here. Spaghetti any way you want it and then some.
