Every recipe is a winner!

The history of the Cafe is interesting, but the recipes are what sells this book. Good basic home cooking simply explained. I have earmarked every other page for future meals.

Best. Meal. Ever.

I am constantly amazed at people. She will never give up the biscuit recipe, and I don't blame her! I would gladly make the five hour drive back to Nashville JUST to bypass the entire downtown and eat at the Cafe. I feel priveleged to have just THESE recipes, and can't believe people would sit back and say, "Oh, well give me the biscuit recipe or nothin..." blah blah blah

Wonderful!

One of our favorite places to eat in Nashville! This book is great! I have made many of the desserts. They always come out perfect AND they can feed a crowd. Whenever I make something out of this book, everyone wants to know the recipe...I can't say enough!

Loveless cookbook

Great cookbook. I live outside of Nashville and the Loveless is one of the best local traditions we have. This book is full of terrific recipes for the home cook and intersting little tidbits of information. It is almost as good a eating there!

Reminds me of Grandma's Cooking

I've tried a few of the recipes in this book. I have to say each of them remind me of my Grandmother's cooking. Since she's no longer around, I can again enjoy some of my childhood favorites.
