Keep your soul fit!

Our family has been reading Soul Fitness as a devotional text for the past few weeks. We are familiar with the ministry and prophetic teaching and preaching of Rev. Dr. Frederick Haynes III. This book finally puts a bit of that in written form. In classic "keep it real" style, each devotion focuses on empowering the reader by looking and their life and being encouraged.
