Standard Morris fare

Song in a Strange Land falls somewhat short of Sound the Trumpet, but it will entertain those interested in the Bradford family.Jeanne's character was somewhat flat, but Clive and Dake made up for it with their persistent wooing. What I found even more interesting was the tie-in with the Winslow series when Jeanne and Clive meet Nathan and Julie. (from The Gentle Rebel)Song in a Strange Land is a lightly entertaining read.
