Amazing book. Great long-term motivation for any rider, not just one schooling alone. Uses neuro-linguistic programming to coach the rider -- using the mental aspects of riding to improve the physical aspects. If you like Jane Savoie, you should like Wendy Jago. Jago is a British List 3 dressage judge.
