Excellent and unpretentious book of manners & etiquette for youth

This is a great resource for parents, teachers, or youth interested in regaining the lost arts of manners and etiquette. Thought it contains a few things that many youth may never experience, the bulk of the material is useful, informative, and full of relevant examples. Highly recommended!
