At last, a fun and healthy approach to weight loss!

I read this book in a night and at 5am excitedly began trying some of the exercise examples. My son, who was "camping" in the living room for the week-end, opened one eye warily and asked me if I'd lost it? Before I knew it however, he began showing me the movements. At last, a practical book that details an approach to weight loss that eliminates hunger, promotes self-determination without the negatives and creates a fun and healthy new lifestyle for the whole family! Judy Mazel's approach to weight loss in "The New Beverly Hills Diet" had helped me lose 17 lbs. almost overnight, but the simple modifications to the plan in "Slim and Fit Kids" creates just enough flexibility to make it easier and all inclusive. More importantly, Dr. John Monaco's medical expertise clearly supports July Mazel's approach to weight loss and answers many of the leading questions about obesity, lifestyle and 'food stuffs' that currently plagues American society today.
