Older book on CPAP

Author is experienced traveler with CPAP so he explains things very well to consider when traveling with CPAP whether it's using a camper, road trip and using CPAP at hotel or using it international overseas. This guy definitely advocates for himself and got the right mask after trying on everything in the store. Important things in book is on travel, keeping record of CPAP supply/replace parts, allergies/clog nose - OTC meds, allergy shots, and communication with sleep partner. We have travel size mini CPAP now (still expensive) and CPAP hose holders for over head tubing...something that was not available 12 years ago when this book written. People had to get creative back then on make shift hose holders for travel. I liked the hacking sleep apnea book by Brady Nelson it's written in 2018...it does cover travel supplies but not as in detail explaining things. I just don't see why this book was more expensive than others. I got more out of Sleep Apnea The Phantom of the Night which is written by several doctors - it's a reference guide for all things sleep apnea patient education so you don't have to call nurse line right away - it's old but gives very detailed info but don't have weight loss meds, new technology stuff - oxygen rings, health watches (bp, ❤️ rate, sleep, etc). I would like an updated version of 2024 and beyond since this is written 2012 - machines are newer, travel mini options, battery packs for outage, face masks are better, etc. Newer masks have diffusers - something not present in past models, we have hybrid full face masks, the machine is more quite, their are more features on machine, tracking your apnea scores, weight loss medicine to help with apnea, sleep apnea in women and people of other ethnicities, etc. At this point there are podcasts and YouTube videos more upto date on Sleep Apnea than books. Books are more for understanding the disease, affect on family and loves ones, the fact it's a lifestyle change.
