A extremely entertaining and exciting selection !

My Learning Disabled students have been completely "engrossed" in this book. I have been able to keep their interest because in every reading they have been able to completely visualize what the author is describing. This selection presented much opportunity for prediciting and therefore kept my students' interest at a high level. Every day they are anxious to come to my Resource room so we can continue with our reading. I have been able to demonstrate to my students that reading can be much better than watching TV because our imagination can surpass what the movie makers can provide. I recommend this book for anyone who is attempting to "hook" children to reading !
