A great start to being a more confident woman or man

I didn't expect to gain anything from this book. I thought, I'll buy it, use it for a bit and throw it on the bookcase with the others. To my surprise, this book not only taught me how to be a more confident woman it has lead me to a path of understanding where I should put my confidence. I recommend it for any woman or man who feels man, what's wrong with my life?
