This is a wonderful book about all different kinds of sisters, all the things they go through, how they have dealt with it. Remembering happy times, sad times, and just plain fun times. Comparing each other, how they are different, and the same. Appreciating each other for it. I recommend this book for everyone who is a sister.
Fun and interesting

Whether you've got sisters or not, this over sized set of non-fiction essays and photos of 35 sets of sisters (some pairs, some trios) is sure to hold your interest. It's fascinating to read the variances between behaviors of sisters still in their teens (they don't get along) and sisters well into adulthood--they're tight as knots. It's a terrific 131 page read, a great gift for your sister (if you have one), or a fun way to spend an hour if you happen across a copy on someone's coffee table, as I did.

I purchased this book for my niece as a X-MAS gift. She as well as her mother and I were VERY impressed with the way this book told short stories along with pictures to match the story.. This book makes a great coffee table addition which all ages are welcome to view..

Saline and Wohlmuth have done it again. The creators of this genre went back and brought us up to date with wonderful essays and images. I loved reading the first edition. The tenth edition made me fall in love again with Carol.

I loved this book that my sister gave me for Christmas. She added her own thoughts and a picture on the last page. I was so extremely moved and the stories and photos are representative of sisters everywhere. Daughters and Mothers is also a fantastic book. I saw one of the authors and bought one for my daughter who is 15 yrs old. I had her sign it to both of us. Very sweet!
