I picked this book up at a tag sale and i'm glad i did! It''s not too big but it's got it where it counts! Not exactly poetry, Abbott's prose is beautiful to read and soothing to the soul. I pull this book out whenever i'm feeling down, depressed, or overwhelmed, and it helps me calm down and re-connect with everything important in my life. In addition to the words, there are also beautiful, simple drawings disperesed throughout the text that also have a soothing effect. Overall simple, not too complex, perfect to read in those spare minutes when you need to take a break and relax. Highly recommended!
