Sindbad, about twenty-five years before our story on the ship of the thousand and one night, was a young student in the elementary school on the edge of the border, under the Carpathians, and the best waltz dancer in the town's dance school. Under the mossy shingle roofs, where the elementary gymnasium was built, Sindbad did not leave behind any notable memories, apart from his signature on the wall of the tower: on the other hand, in the dance school, among dancing girls and their sons, Sindbad's memory remained a fond memory for a long time, as will become clear in the following.
