Great resource!

This book was very timely in my life and was truly life-changing. If you are feeling overwhelmed, guilty, or frustrated with the disparity between what you feel you should be able to do and what you are able to do, this book may help you. The premise is that the Christian life will always be complex, so soul-level simplicity is not a lack of complexity, but a lack of duplicity. This book walks you through a process for looking into your own soul to rediscover the purpose God has given you and discern your tendencies to carry around false versions of yourself which weigh you down and keep you from running the race God has marked out just for you.
