Melancholy feel to this book

This was tragic. Sad. There’s an alleged suicide, a lie to a husband, time needed to heal and come to terms with the alleged suicide, questions asked and unanswered, a cult, an abduction, a knight in shining armor, PTSD, friends, fear, and finally peace.
