The U.S. military has developed a new technology so effective, so perf ect, it would render modern weapons of destruction useless. Mankind's dream wo uld finally come true--world peace. But the dream... This description may be from another edition of this product.
This is an outstanding thriller complete with suspense right up to the conclusion. The concept of biological war that harms machines but not people is unique. Especially fascinating are the scenes at Washington National Airport where pilots cannot get engines running, taxi engines won't start, etc. Every bit of machinery gets shut down. Also fantastic are the air combat scenes over the Libyan desert. This is a hold onto your seats thriller right up to the end! If this isn't made into a movie, Hollywood is missing a good bet.

This book about new technologies about the air force is a good story for people in the Air Force (like me)or anyone interested in wars. This bok is about a weapons invented that are perfect and very useful to thw U.S. Air Force, but then while taken to the Libyan military and is all over the Mid-East, turns life into "Doomsday" Everyone will enjoy this book.
Better than Clancy

When I read a review of this book that touted it as good as a Tom Clancy novel, I discounted the praise. How wrong I was. This book is better than Clancy. So exciting, it was hard to put down. The words flow, and transform into brilliant pictures in your mind. Reading it is like watching an exciting movie. Moore's Washington experiences show clearly in the details he is not hesitant to include. It was a great read.
Belongs on the shelf with Clancy et al.

I really enjoyed this book. Even without the information on the author, I would have known that he had a great deal of experience with the U.S Navy and the research and development arena. The offices involved and the actions/reactions of the people in them were very true to life. The story moved quickly with no "dead spots". I found myself reading faster as I and the story neared the end. I will be looking forward to a sequel.
