Showtime what can I saw this is and incredible book the complete history of international championship autoshows.The Basic idea is this written by Robert E Laravee Sr its the story of how he started Promotions inc and promoted and ended up creating a car show of inexplicable popularity.This book if filled with pictures from George Barris,Ed Roth,Jack Kampney,Steve Tansy,Cene Winfield,Rod Powell,Dan Woods,Jerry Pennington and Dean Jeffries.This book has become quite rae now its been out of print for 17 years with little chance of re-realse which is sad this book not only give the story of ICASbut of Hot Rod Show World the extremly collectible ICAS publication but a history of a forgottne time in the car show industry all around.The Book it self was done it 2 versionsregular and special edition both are hard cover reg edition is cloth bound special is half cloth half leather and the special edition is limited to 250 copies I have both so I know the cool thing if you can track down a Special Edition is there are hand numberd 1 thru 250 anyway anyody that reads this I love this book and I know you will to don't kid yourself this bookk is worth every penny
