This cookbook is not useful

Unless you have a lot of people to feed and do that often or are good at downsizing a recipe, this cookbook is not for you. I bought it hoping for some good recipes for just two people. The one thing I did was too salty as I probably didn't downsize the ingredients enough. I'm going to try another recipe from it today however it is for a pork tenderloin at 400 degrees cooked for 3-4 minutes each side, two times. To me, the sounds like too short a time to cook a pork tenderloin but I'll give it a try and watch the meat temperature closely. Anyhow, for me, this cookbook is not useful.
