All of the meal planning done for you!

I love this book because the recipes are written by chefs aboard ship, yet are simple and delicious. I also love the idea that for every recipe, it includes the planning for the entire meal, including wine suggestions. When I've run out of ideas for supper, I simply turn to this book with relief!
