This research does not represent the conventional notion about Shari'ah and its implementation in politics or state policy levels. It rather advocates the aspects of ultimate goal in a specific and unique perspectives which focuses simply the relationship to God and the human in the individual level. The concept of the legal or Jurisprudential aspects are not represented in this research due to following reasons. (1)The society is built on individuals, Islam focuses on individual first, then it expands gradually to the society, as Quran states "save yourself and your people, (family friends) from fire" (Quran 66:6); the first and foremost thing in the concept of Shariah is an individual to build the bond with the God through worldly life, that is Taqwa, that is Ihsan, that is shariah. (2)Even though undoubtedly societal and jurisprudential aspects are one of the aspects of Shariah, however that is totally depended on several crucial conditions and variations by Usul al Fiqh. Such as Khas, 'Am, (exclusive and public); Mustarak, Muawwal, (Communal and Constructed); Haqiqat, Majaz, (Factual and Metaphoric); Sarih, Kinaya (Candid and Metonymy) etc. Understanding the context and circumstances are more important than jumping on to the text that may lead a learner to misinterpretation. This research addresses to the ultimate goal of Shariah in the aspects of relationship to God and human. This research incorporates Islam and Shariah in the consistent connotation, which advocates that the ultimate advocacy of Islam is to reach the God and serve the universe. This research provides Quranic verses and prophetic tradition in support of its advocacy that the core objective of Shari'ah is to build relationship to the God and to serve the humanity; improving the spirit of individuals and society, and this objective can be achieved through wisdom and understanding, justice and efficient performances. This also may achieved by great contributions for the benefit and welfare of humanity in this world and in the hereafter. And these welfare and benefit can be possible only through justice, mercy, understanding (Fiqh). We advocate that the shariah is the way of life of a Muslim, who has the ultimate goal to reach the love of God, and excellence or best success in this life and in the hereafter. The notion of success in the world and hereafter is based on the Quranic verse which prays "Our Lord grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter". (Quran 2:201)However, this research is absolutely based on the Quranic verses and prophetic Hadiths related to some fundamental Islamic terminologies such as Fiqh, Taqwa, 'Adl, Ihsan. This study is mainly divided into twelve chapters in three main parts. Part One is the Introduction which includes one chapter of definitions. Part Two is the Objective of Shariah which advocates the Objective of Shariah is to build Love of God and to serve the creature, Part Two includes 7 chapter which include Concept of God, Human Relations to God, Creation of the Universe, Creation of Mankind, Justice is the Key Component, Justice with accountability, Excellence a major component. Finally, Part Three includes 4 chapters; all of which describe the historic advocacy for public interest as a part of Shariah. The core concept of the discussion of Part One introduction is to advocate that the term Shariah cannot be understood or used without understanding the context. It is totally wrong use the Shariah from just textual perspective. The final part of Historical aspect discusses that a few main terminologies have been used as part of Shariah which advocate absolute human benefit. Final chapter discusses the history of advocacy about human benefit as it is a forgotten dimension on the historical dimension of the objectives of Shariah. This research tries to prove that the Shariah cannot be understood without Fiqh (understanding) and usul al Fiqh (fundamental of Fiqh).
