Something is stalking humans in the Yaak country. For several years there have been missing persons reported in northwest Montana. No bodies were ever found. The missing never returned. Suddenly the frequency of the disappearances increases. The news media puts the county sheriff on the spot to do something about the growing mystery. The sheriff and his deputies are hard put to solve the spooky spree of vanished people. Lincoln county is placed under curfew and people still cease to exist. Neighbors and friends become victims of the unidentified beast. The experts and their theories all fail. No one can even imagine what is out there in the dank and dim forest, killing people.
