Compelling Reading for Survivors of Traumatic Brain Injury

YES, this is a book about sex and sexuality for survivors (and their families) of traumatic brain injury. Many, many survivors suffer "in the dark" from changes in their sexuality and "appetites" following their injuries. This is a very wounding experience for them; it certainly was for me! This book will enable the survivor to open the windows and doors and let the light IN to begin the healing process.

Excellent, readable resource for families and professionals

This text is easily the most comprehensive review of sexuality and head injury available in book or journal form. It is easy to read yet technically complete enough to satisfy the professional. It is appropriate for use in the acute care hospital setting as well as post-acute or outpatient situations. Head injury support groups would also benefit greatly from having this text in their libraries
