A must read for young people

The theme of the book is sexual abstinence for high school young people, and is written mainly toward the girls and is at their level. I thought it was very good and should be a must read for every young high school girl. The tone of the words used are designed to make the young person sit up and take notice. There is nothing hidden about where the author is coming from. The first half of the book goes through many of the sexually transmitted diseases. The author gives brief statistics of how many people have the disease and how easily it is transmitted. Some statistics are given on the capability of condoms to protect. After reading the statistics you would seriously have to consider that monogamy or abstinence is the only way to go. Some chapters talk about the emotional health that results from promiscuity and having a STD.
