I have owned this book for several years and reccommend it to any person, male or female ,who has passed or nearing the topical age. I do not pretend to be an authority on the subject but can speak with personal knowledge since I reched that magic number,60, twenty four years ago. This book is not full of technical material, but I can assure you that there is no statement in the entire publication that is not factual. It may be that the following statement will turn off some potential buyers, but there is not one word that could be offensive to your pastor, priest or rabbi In summary, it is squeaky clean, and ,in my opion, very funny. Maybe to a lot of us , sad, but funny.
