An ex- mercenary turned a lover but his life however got more complicated when his girlfriend ditched him for two bottles of champagne. Nicholas Cage was lonely and he was however left to face his tough times alone until Jess appeared(a female ghost with a tangled afterlife). She was all he ever wanted but there were mysteries behind her seven dreams and what might have caused her death, Nick was not sure if he could stay with her but he was left to help her find her way back to the afterlife, it was more complicated and challenging than he could ever imagine. While fulfilling her seven desires, he had to wake his old self which was the way of a mercenary until his best friend got into the picture.

There was a lot for them to do before Jess could access the afterlife but it was a difficult decision to make when they fell in love with each other and Jess didn't have much time to be with him.
