Good Instructional Support for Language Arts or Drama Teachers

The introduction of the book has a chapter on how to read a play, which explains the elements of drama. In addition, each play has vocabulary at the beginning, followed at the end by study questions, vocabulary review, and suggestions for writing projects. The accompanying teacher guide lays out several ways to teach the plays individually or as a unit. Suggestions for introducing and presenting each play, as well as follow up activities are given. A short summary of each play and answer keys are also provided. This is a useful book for fostering language skills through the reading of plays.
