I love this book, I use it at least once every month. I am on a gluten-free life style, and this product really helped me learn about new vegetables and food combinations to explore. I love the curry recipe, I add in diced up chicken (even though it is primarily a vegetarian book). I highly suggest it, and the cost is super cheap as well! Great for summer dishes straight out of your garden or local farmers market.
