An wonderful read

Set Free to Live covers seven lies we all tell ourselves. About Perfection, Envy, Image, Balance, Control, Emotions, and Limits. For each of these there is a story. It really helps you get a good look at the lie, see if you have that in your own life and how it applies to you. Then she walks you through steps to over come these lies. To break free and live fully, without any of these holding you back. A lot of it I felt was based for married women and mothers. I am neither of those but I still thoroughly enjoyed this read. There were so many good tidbits in there to apply to your life. It was an encouraging read, wonderfully written. It would be a great gift as well! Note: I received a copy of this book for an honest review. All opinions are my own.
