Great book for my sanitation class

I'm a culinary student and used this book for my sanitation class. It was quite helpful because it covered every aspect of sanitation in the kitchen. However, if you want to know the kind of questions asked on the National Servsafe Examination, I recommend the following: Study Guide for the National Servsafe Exam: Key Review Questions and Answers with Explanations by Melissa Heilman. This study guide helped me to pass the National Servsafe Exam the first time with flying colors. With the aid of these two books, I got excellent marks in my sanitation class.
