Serpent Moon

I waited a long time for this book to come out and althoughsome parts of it you wondered why what happened to them did it was a good book. The whole mystery around the snake queen and her need for males to reproduce were kind of confusing as was the way they finally dealt with her but I was not disappointed and was captivated til the end.

Serpent Moon

Eric Thompson has always had a gift that frightens as many people as it amazes. His brother is Alpha of the Canadian werewolf pack and while Eric might be the stronger and more intelligent of the two he is not willing to shed blood over the issues with his family. So he has taken himself, and his gift, to Australia to live alone quietly. Now suddenly the shifter council wants Eric back, and he might even get his own pack. They send someone from his past, Holly Sanchez to locate and get him to return to the USA. Holly was the full human daughter born to a pack Omega in the USA, and while she secretly wanted to be part of the pack, she knew it was never going to be. That was until she was brutally attacked and turned. Now this woman who once wanted to be a veterinarian frightens off most animals she wants to help. But it seems that her desire to help heal manifested itself in another way when she was turned. She now has natural healing skills that are extremely rare among her kind. She also has had a crush on Eric since she was a teenager. While Eric and Holly previously had been living their separate lives, when the world goes mad and the shifter species suddenly begin turning on each other, it appears each holds part of the key to what can help them survive. The more time they are forced to spend together, the more both realize they belong together. Now if they can only survive long enough to act on their renewed attraction. Wow! I did not expect the action packed, gripping tale I got when I picked up Serpent Moon. I have to say while this is book eight in a series, it can easily be a standalone read, as I read it, but it will make you want to read the other seven and hope book nine is coming soon! This writing team has penned one of the best collaboration efforts that I have read to date. I felt the book flowed seamlessly and I was unable to put it down. I am now impatiently waiting to see what happens to those in the Sazi next, which means the authors were able to pull me so far into their world that the characters feel real. The highest praise I can give is to Joyfully Recommend a book and that is what I am doing with Serpent Moon. Tanya Reviewed for Joyfully Reviewed

Best One Ever

I have read most of the Sazi books and enjoyed this one the most. It had a lot of action and a lot of background information on same of the previous characters that I felt was missing from other books in the series. This was a hard book to put down - I wanted to know what was happening next. It's a book I will probably re-read and find something that I missed on the next go round.

Serpents Moon

Really good novel. Ties other book in series together. Lots of things to wonder about for Lucas! Love Tom character! Authors Cat Adams and Clump are an easy read. Wish they could write more and faster! Good going girls.

great romantic urban fantasy

The Sazi still struggle with understanding alpha werewolf Eric Thompson's howling skill that somehow interferes with airwaves; his problem is though he can do it, he is unable to control his howling talent. Recently converted by a horrific assault into a Sazi, Holly Sanchez becomes a healer and is sent to the Outback to find Eric by Wolven However, she has learned that a Sazi relatives support group plans to use an elixir on the werewolves that will return them to Homo sapiens. At the same time the scheme to resurrect Marduc the snake goddess is nearing fruition. Holly and Eric team up to prevent two probable tragedies from occurring. This is a great entry in the Tales of the Sazi mythos as Marduc arrives on the scene seemingly invincible. The story line is fast-paced and filled with non stop action as previously secondary character Holly proves she with the Canadian wolf can hold an exhilarating story line together in Colorado. With no time to catch a breath once the lead couple meets in the Outback, readers will fully relish the latest Sazi romantic urban fantasy as nothing less than love and saving the world at the same time is at stake.
