SEND MY ROOTS RAIN is an excellent sampling of Poetry for Any kind of Loss in our life.

I love the various aspects of the Grief process in these many poems Kim offers us in this book. I also Really appreciate her reflections on these artistic writings, giving her personal insights on each work and sometimes including scientific study data to back up the importance and relevance of these creative entries!! For me, half the fun of reading a poem is hearing or seeing what others think of it!! This book reminds me somewhat of Julia Cameron's book, "The Artists Way" - One of my all time favorite reads!!
