The book is dated, but I can't hold that against the author, it was written in 1995. Mr Karasik covers every part of holding a seminar to market your services. Publicity, advertising, invitations, sample sales letters...everything you need. The book is so complete that it's the most useful book I have on the subject, and I don't sell financial services (the book's core audience). I put on advertising seminars. The resources mentioned are worth the price of the book alone. The book is promotional in nature. It is used to market Mr. Karasik's other services. But it's so full of useful content, you won't mind at all. I hope he writes an updated version, I would certainly buy it.
