This is the best small book on sales/marketing I have found for the small business person. I'm no sales/marketing pro, so the book gave me "hand rails" to hold onto for my business development work. The book pays for itself several times over.

A practical book filled with illuminating sales/mtg skills

"Selling Services" gave me usable and practical specifics on how to acquire new accounts as well as tactics for maintaining revenue from my existing accounts.Writing simple but illuminating outline plans, asking proper and timely questions, clues to improve my awareness on what to look out for while cracking an account are things I learned. As well, paying attention to the details of the negotiation process is another skill that this very practical book gave me.
