Incredible read for Reiki practitioners!

I've read many, MANY, books on reiki but this one is one of the best ones. It gives a realistic and down to earth approach to self healing, while giving helpful techniques and explanations for each level, as well as energy cleansing techniques.

This reiki book is one of the best resources I read. It has everything! spiritual development using reiki; better explanations on energy; energetic protection & cleansing pp52-76 (gassho, reiki shower, hatsurei-ho, kihon shisei, dry bathing, feng shui!); whole body, whole self treatment page 85-117; self-treatment as meditation page 118; DNA and cellular reiki; tanden chiryo-ho and seiheki chiryo (mental healing); emotional healing; mental healing! very nice higher energy work
