UCC- where would I be without thee?

The book is VERY HELPFUL. I cannot stress this enough, as I have had to use it for EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM that has arisen in Payment Law and negotiable instruments. The annotation of the Sections help with the ease of use also. Great buy!
