Book Overview

Michael: At the last curtain call made the gesture of "being quiet" with my finger to my mouth. That was my signal to the house and to those around us--an to myself--that there would be no more words from Kramer.

Julia: Elaine was someone who single women laughed at because she wrestled with her worst secrets and biggest fears. Let's face it, she embodied lots of problems. In fact she was a jerk. Anyone who...

If you are a Seinfeld fan... this is a MUST!

This is a great book... wonderful pictures! From "Hello Newman!" to watching Kramer run into Jerry's apartment, but from KRAMER'S side... These are all execellent pictures and excellent moments. Each of the cast members ideas and thoughts about the serious. Plus, you get pictures of EVERYONE, even Babu, Soup Nazi, Mr. Pit, the Constanzas, the Susan's parents, and many more...

If you are a Seinfeld fan, you've got to have this book!

I am a huge Seinfeld fan and I became even more crazy about the actors of the program after reading this book. You can experience the final days of Seinfeld through the eyes of the actors themselves. It is all very special and emotional.

One of the 3 most entertaining books ever.

I think if you are going to buy this book or are even considering it, you have to be a very big fan of the show and appreciative of it, because the average fan might not get much out of it. It has awesome photos taken during the final episode with comments by the cast. It's not a story or script or anything like that, it's just one last look at what the actors went through and how they felt. But I have the book and I loved it. A lot of behind-the-scenes pictures were great.

The quartet behind the scenes

A first-rate last look at SEINFELD, not like the other books summing up for the umteenth time the episodes and such, but rather giving a sense of the feeling before, during, and after a show's filming, with a sense of the enviable comradery and even intimacy that the bunch clearly shared. For those who have a tad of a feeling that the Seinfeld crowd are something like our family, this is a great album bringing us even closer in. The days working and filming these shows were the times of their lives.

A photojournalistic feast for Seinfeld fans

Seinoff (1998 Harperperennial Library, written by Jerry Seinfeld, Michael Richards, and David Hume Kennerly) A photojournalists dream; to be the only photographer on the set during the week of the Final episode taping. This was Kennerly's assignment, and he completed it extremely well, capturing some of the quiet/secret moments fans rarely, if ever, get a glimpse of. Cover to cover black and white photos of the cast and crew, the sets and props, and this is only half of the book. Along with the photos are some of the best, most sensitive, most revealing quotes from Jerry, Michael, Jason and Julia that have ever appeared in print. This is only the 2nd 'coffee table book' that's worthy to sit on my coffee table. (Kramer wrote the first one.)
