Excellent approach to understanding spiritual processes

I am beside myself, so pleased that I ordered this book. I have read many Baha'i related books as well as most of the Baha'i writings. This is more than a favorite. The importance of delving into the many meanings within the Revelation of Baha'ullah for an individual's spiritual understanding requires a book like Dr. McGraw has written. The importance of "The Seven Valleys" is key to understanding ones life path(s). It is all there and Dr. McGraw has made it so accessible, human, and usable for exploring at whatever level would be one's present understanding. The author can take you farther. If you use her method individually, or in a group to explore your experiences. You will see the doors of understanding opening. They will open toward further insights about your life's issues. A prayer life will have more meaning, as well as, your relationships as you see more clearly your true purpose. I highly recommend this book for all spiritual seekers. This is an excellent teaching tool. What most affected me was her explanation of the relationship between the head and the heart and understanding the effect of emotional issues.
