As I observe thoughtfully the quick evolving of technology, behaviour patterns of humanity, solar systems, nature, even the Fauna and Flora these today, the spiritual blindness of the human race concerns me deeply. Frankly it is the root and unwholesome disorder of the time due to the worshipping of the god of money called Mammon. We should not be far wrong if we said that most, if not all, of the troubles from which the world is suffering, are traceable to that root, namely, blindness. The masses are blind; there is no doubt about that. In a day which is supposed to be a day of unequalled enlightenment, the masses are blind. The leaders are blind, blind leaders leads the blind. But in a very large measure, the same is true of the Lord's people. Speaking quite generally, Christians are today very blind as explained later with regards to the pope. The passages beneath will cover in a general way, if not all, the ground of spiritual blindness beginning with those never saw, those born blind. Then those who received vision, but are neither seeing very much nor very clearly - "men as trees walking" however after a second attempt of prayer see more perfectly. Then there are those who have true and clear sight yet still in sin, but for whom a vast sphere of Divine thought and purpose still paused for an exhaustive intervention of the Holy Spirit. "That He would grant unto you a spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him; having the eyes of your heart enlightened, that ye may know what is the hope of His calling what the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, and what the exceeding greatness of His power to usward who believe." Only with an unveiled right eye one will be able to see and experience the riches of His glory and inheritance
