Excellent, well written and easy to follow

I wish I had read this book 20 years ago so I could have prevented the vision loss which is making it hard to read and write. At least I now know what to do. The four step program is easy to follow, and I have given my children a copy so that they can get started early on a program to prevent macular degeneration. This book is a must if you have macular degeneration, or if you want to prevent it.
