Encouraging!

This book brought me encouragement right when I needed it. The author shares many of her real life experiences and describes how she maintained happiness even in the most disappointing of circumstances. The book is uplifting and easy to read. I really enjoyed it!

SPREAD THE JOY!

When life happens, Michelle reminds me to hang on to happiness! This book is courageous and sharp witted! As I was reading I found myself in a 60 minutes to a happier me instead of a 60 days! It is truth to the core and I must be aware that my "daily routine" can rob me of each moment of joy and happiness the day has if I let it! This book reminded me I can live each day with the strength and joy of the Lord!
