Wow! Restaurant Food You Can Make At Home!

Chicago is known for it's great restaurants, and this cook book has found some of the best ones to feature. You'll find great ideas on every page. All of the recipes can easily be followed and they actually make sense. What I like about the format is the way the Chefs make suggestions for wine pairings. The print is easy to read, and the book is well thought out. Their tips are a real bonus. Great for gift giving - and for both the novice and seasoned home cook!
