Impressed that Congressman Benjamin A. Gilman, Chairman of the International Relations Committee of the U.S. Congress considered the subject matter of Secret Agenda sufficiently important to write the introduction, prompted me to purchase the book. I was not at all disappointed after reading the factual revelations explored by Howard Schack in this outstanding and polished novel. The potential for international terrorism is everywhere. The pieces of the puzzle are all neatly placed on the table by Schack. America's survival is on the line. While written as fiction, everything I had read in Secret Agenda is primarily based on fact, with issues explored realistic. We've all heard that if something walks like a duck and quacks like a duck its...well you know. There is no distancing irony in the fact that there is little at present to protect each and every one of us from indiscriminate terrorism. Without going into what happens in the conclusion, you can assume that the varied secret agenda of terrorists walks and quacks, but in the end, with the plot's pieces tidily fitted into place, Schack presents something more devious, threatening and plausable then was imaginable prior to my reading the book.
