Book condition was described as "Very Good". It is "acceptable" at best... Not happy with rating

I expect used books to be used... that said, when a book is described as in "Very Good" condition, I don't expect the binding to be very loose, the cover to be very worn, etc. That's exactly the condition of this book when received. The book contents are fine and as expected.
