I started painting in oils in sixth grade. I painted all my life. In my master's art program, I was told to pick a medium and stick with it. I said, "I don't pick the medium, the subject tells me the medium." I started writing poems when I was in high school. At times I was assaulted by thoughts that turns into poems and pros. They were mostly based on my life, my loves, my losses or other people's loves. All the poems, pros, and art are all mine.
