Intelligent Terror, not mere gross-out horror!

These are stories of terror, stories that engage the intellect. These are stories that shake the underpinnings of our philosophy. These are not merely "monster" stories, about awful things that can bite your head off. These are "monster" stories about awful things that can force you to question your own mind, morals, and soul. I read Heinlein's "They," anthologized herein, when I was young. I have never, ever forgotten it. It has, quite literally, altered my life. Read at your own risk. You will never be the same.
