School Spirits

My book is School Spirt and the book is by Micheal O'Tunnel. The main charecters are Patrick,Narien, and Marien. The book is about a boy who just moves into town and meets a girl named Narien.Patrick's dad is the new principal of the school. One night Patrick and his dad went to get somthing at the school. While Patrick is waiting for his dad Patrick sees a blue green glow. When the light came closer it was a ghost. Iliked the book because I like creepy books. I would recemend this book to 6th grade boys and girls.I would give this book a 5 star book.

School Spirits

I read the book School Spirits it was good.I would recomend it to a twelve year old boy who likes to read scary stories. I gave it a five star rating because IT was a scary thriller I wondered what was going to happen on the next page.So listen up and I'll tell you about it. My book starts out when Patrick moves to Wakasoo city from New castle whitch he does not like. His mom died in 1953 and its now 1958 its been 5 years. So he sitting on his porch and he meets his neighbor Nairen. she offers to take him out to ice cream at first he says NO then he gets him to go.So they go and get some then they meet Mairon(the bully) and his friend Danny. Then they feel something like a earthquake. They ignore it and go to the library. So later on in the book his dad takes Patrick to the schhol at night.HE left his dad and went up stairs and saw a figure in the door that looked like a boy he got closer and noticed it was a ghost so he ran down the stairs and told his dad and he said you probaly saw your reflection in the glass. So they checked up stairs and saw nothing but before they left Patrick got a swirl of blue around his feet but when his dad looked it was gone. Later on Nairen and Patrick got to the movies and Patrick sees The ghost so he runs out and he starts to think that the ghost is haunting him. They go to Nairen house and play scrabble and someone knocks onthe door so they answer it and when they get back the board said Help Me Patrick.Later on Patricks in the school and he has a daydream that shows where Barneys body was.So Mairen sneaks Patrick into the school and they go to the map cabnnit and moves it and they find him in the secret room.So they tell the police and Nairen tells Patrick Barneys parents are in chicago. So that was the book I read and it was great I hoped you liked it.

School Spirits is great!

I absolutly love this book because it's a ghost story. In this book a boy named Patrick moves to another town. He finds out there's a ghost that's wanting to talk to him. So, if you are looking for a book filled with mystery, get this one!

School Spirits

I am a fourth grade teacher and often read books so that my students will know a little about the many different titles that are available. When I first started to read School Spirits I could not put it down. I read it from cover to cover not stopping for a moment to rest. I have always loved stories of ghosts and spirits and this one by far is the best for the younger reader. My 10 year old daugher started to read School Spirits at my request and could not put it down either. It is the type of story that draws you in and you can not wait to find out how it ends. This book is in my classroom library and I highly recommend it to all my students!

A MUST For Every Library!

This is a review written by two people. One is an elementary school librarian and the other is a 3rd grade teacher.Bravo to Michael Tunnell! It is a shame that it has taken since 1997 to discover this book.We feel that this book is a gripping novel. You can't put this one down. Michael's technique of weaving traditional ghost lore and fantasy brings the reader into a situation where anything is possible. That is what makes this book so unpredictable and marvelous! We hope to see a sequel or perhaps more books from this author in the future.Thank you Michael O. Tunnell!
