Over and over and over again

My 16 month old LOVES this book. He's captivated by the babies on the pages and by the sing-songy rhymes. Despite the title, this isn't exactly a quiet bedtime book, but instead it gets read at all times of day at our house.

Wonderful book!

I love the sing-song verse of Helen Oxenbury. This book, as well as the other three in the series, are perfect board books for babies and young children just getting into storytime, and they make wonderful gifts, too.

Elena loves this book

Our sixteen-going-on-seventeen month old is in love with Helen Oxenbury's books. These are the ones she brings to us when she wants a quick reading fix. She knows and enjoys them, and it seems to me she even recognizes herself in the images of toddlers (even though they all seem to be boys).

Little Boy's favorite

My little boy has loved this book since it arrived and now at 20 months it's still a favorite. His eye's light up when we look at it. Definitely a keeper for toddlers

Excellent for babies!

My 8 month old daughter inherited this lovely book from a friend of mine who swore by Helen Oxenbury books for both of her children. Its sturdy, colorful and features cute illustrations of a racial mix of babies playing in the build-up to bed-time. Its lovely!
